Baby Om Teacher Training is a dynamic 16-hour workshop, limited to 12 participants. Baby Om Teacher Training is intended for yoga teachers, educators and yoga practicioners.

The Baby Om Teacher Training has drawn students from all over the world and Baby Om inspired classes are now held in countries as diverse as France, Germany, Australia, South Korea, Mexico, Japan, Hong Kong and the UK among others.
This program is for yoga teachers and teachers in training, children’s yoga teachers, health care professionals and educators with a strong yoga practice. On completion of the workshop, each participant with receives a Baby Om Teacher Training Certificate, which sanctions participants to describe their classes as using Baby Om Techniques.

Post partum yoga for the mother. How and when to resume asana practice, recovering from caesarian section, strategies to strengthen over-stretched muscles & gain pelvic floor support, managing structural shifts common in pregnancy and best asanas to support and strengthen optimal post-partum recovery.

Developmentally appropriate movement for the infant. Become familiar with infant milestones and learn exercises to support each stage of growth from primitive reflexes through the emergence of volitional movement such as reaching, rolling, sitting, standing and cruising, understand the importance of tummy time and strategies to support babies emerging skills.
– The three major stages of infant development: 0-3 months, 3-6 months and 6-12 months

Choreographed interactive play promotes bonding. Learn how to promote shared experience and bonding between caregiver and baby, structure a cohesive class and strategies to begin teaching a mommy and baby class in your community.

The training is geared for yoga teachers, educators and health care professionals with a yoga practice. Admission to the workshop is first-come, first-serve and space is limited.

There is an early bird discount of $350 if paid in full one month prior to the start of the training. If not paid in full, the regular $400 rate will apply.
